Dear Sir/Madam, Greetings on behalf of IIM Calcutta! We are glad to inform you regarding our forthcoming program on Harnessing CIO global competencies and leadership in the digital age. Introduction: With the advent of SMAC and its associated digital technologies organizations are redefining their business model, making internal operations more efficient and improving their customer experiences. There is increasing business demand for CIOs with suitable technology management skills, functional and business acumen, competencies and leadership abilities for taking up business enabler and transformation roles and leading digital initiatives from the front. They need to be abreast of the global competency framework and best practices for success in career and growth by seizing new opportunities. For speedy transformation in the digital era, CIOs have to move away from traditional IT approach of building entire IT capability in-house and leverage significant business and IT services from external service providers while taking care of processes, projects and programs.
