First I must plead with you to keep everything I shall tell you in this
e-mail confidential. I represent my immediate boss who is a senior minister
in the government of my country. He needs a foreigner with whom he can
execute this urgent plan. I need urgent co-operation by a responsible
foreigner to execute legitimate transactions. Right now, we have a project
