OVERVIEW

 

Problem solving and decisions making are the two methods are intertwined, as the two sides of a coin, although some people so often compared. This means that although it deals with one, then the other is also linked. End of problem solving is a decision (decision making). Although the decision requires certain steps are not very different from the steps in the solution of problems.
A problem that sometimes arrives suddenly and unexpected. If so, we don't have to discuss whether the issue was expected or not. But the causes of the problem for later should be immediately understood steps to find a solution.
