Hi there, I have a problem with a server that is locking up and I hoped KDBcould help. I followed the instructions for how to compile it into thekernel, I set up a serial console, I can log in via the serialconsole, but Ctrl-A does not activate the KDB. Checking /proc/sys/kernel/kdb shows a '1', I can pass kdb=on to thekernel at boot, makes no difference. If anyone has any ideas, I would appreciate hearing them. I can post.config etc if that would make it easier to find out why Ctrl-A doesnot activate KDB.
