Hello, I have applied a kdb patch v.1.5 to 2.2.18 source. My .config file reads CONFIG_KDB=y CONFIG_KDB_OFF=y CONFIG_KALLSYMS=y CONFIG_FRAME_POINTER=y I turn on kdb by passing "kdb=on" to the kernel image. Now, when I press the "Pause" key, the system hangs. At the same time, the Caps lock and Scroll lock lights start to blink, which means to say that kdb is _active_( from the documentation of kdb). Why is the kdb not being invoked? TIA, manoj |
