The kdb-v1.5-2.2.18-pre15.gz patch on oss.sgi.com was generated from
the wrong branch of the kdb source repository.  I will put up a clean
patch in a couple of hours, after I get to work.

The source repository compiles clean, it was the patch generation that
was incorrect.  BTW, the kdb patches for 2.2 kernels are not supported,
they are only there as a courtesy.  SGI only supports kdb patches for
the 2.4 kernel.
