This often happens when the bzImage gets corrupted or
truncated while installing it on the target machine.
(the gunzip code in the secondary bootstrap ran out of
data while decompressing the kernel).   This might also
be a result of the 'HEAP_SIZE' define being too low in
the bootstrap code.
