sd_raw_rw

Hello,

     We are looking at adapting your kaio to work on tape drives in st.c
and was looking through sd.c and saw the function sd_raw_rw. However I
cannot find the source for this function anywhere. If you could help me I
would very much appreciate it. It would be even better if you could quickly
explain the hierarchy of your implementation.
