Forwarding the signal between two threads should be quite trivial, and I imagine that it might also be trivial to extent KAIO with information about which thread to send the signal to. Also, I think it should work out of the box if using pthreads primitives for signal handling. If not then there is a bug which needs to be squeezed in either KAIO or linux threads.
