The AS_USER fix for the call to sd_raw_rw() in kaio_raw_rw() is
also needed:

-       return(sd_raw_rw(rw, filp, buf, count, ppos, error, semp, iobufp));
+       return(sd_raw_rw(rw, filp, buf, count, ppos, error, semp, iobufp,
+               AS_USER));


I'm working on some sample code now ... if I get it done before
you post yours, I'll send it out.
