CONTRACT EVALUATION CERTIFICATE due to their absence in the area where
contract was executed,A lot of them was asked of the VEGETATION OF THE
AREA AND THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT CHAIRMAN ON SIT THEN BUT NON TO GIVE THE
ANSWER,these was the reason why the were retired and sacked,Lastly,They
