I am looking for the version of open Inventor that will work with rh7.3
libs and NVIDIA drivers --a web-page on the geowall offered 2.1.5-8 works
on their similar system) but i have been unable to find those -8 rpms..
open inventor 2.1.5-7.3 and 2.1.5-10 won't work...tho i haven't tried
uninstalling the NVIDIA drivers, re-installing mesa then installing
2.1.5-7.3 (then re-installing NVIDIA drivers) yet...mebbe this is what i
would need to do?
(when rmp -ivh openinventor2.1.5-7.3.i386rpm the message is that opengl is
needed
when installing 2.1.5-10, some rh glibc6 files are necessary...)
any info on whereabouts of an openinventor that will work would be
appreciated...

dual processor loaded with
rh7.3
Performer2.5.x
NVIDIA graphics driver version 1.0-4496
