ivview error on Windows

Good Day to All,

I am trying to port ivview (2.1.5.8 version)on Win
2000 in MKS environment. I got the following error
while running the ivview.exe under MKS prompt:

X error of failied request: BadValue (integer
parameter out of range for operation)

Major opcode of failed request: 91 (X_QueryColors)
--------------

When I debugged ivview.cpp, it was showing error here.

//Make Topbar menu button       //
        Widget subMenu =
XmCreatePulldownMenu(menuWidget, "subMenu", popupargs,
popupn);

Any suggestion or clue to get rid of this will be
appreciated.
