I'm trying to construct a open inventor program,and I'd like to be able to
import many differnt kinds of files to it (3ds, dxf and so on). It seems that
there are sevral irix (i'm using linux) utilities to do this (dxftoiv etc)
but they arent available for linux or open sourced. Can anyone point me in
the direction of a way to convert files for use in open inventor. I
understand that VRML 1 is based on inventor, so a converter to vrml one would
be useful as well, but I've not been able to find a suitable one.
