URGENT RESPONSE NEEDED

I am making this contact to you based on trust and confidence irrespective of the fact that we have not met before and because of the nature of the transaction that I am about to introduce, I want to remain positive having the faith, wile and convincing myself that you will be capable of doing business with me. I am the Project Manager with the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) Two {2} of my colleagues and I are in possession of documents to remit into your account, the sum of {Twenty-Nine Million, Three Hundred Thousand United Dollars Only} {US$29.3M} which originated from an over-invoiced contract sum for maintenance and supply of Petrochemical Equipments to the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation Oil Refinery in PORTHACOURT/WARRI respectively by an Israeli based company.
 
The original company/contractor has been fully paid the sum of {One Hundred and twenty-one Million Two Hundred Thousand United States Dollars (US$121.2M) out of the grand total of One Hundred and Fifty Million Five Hundred Thousand United States Dollars (US$150.5M) Leaving behind the over-invoiced sum which is {US$29.3M} and now floating in the (NNPC) suspense account with the Central Bank of Nigeria. My colleagues and I have agreed and consequently arranged to send these funds abroad, for our mutual benefits and investment opportunity in your country. Recently, the civilian president of our country has ordered that all foreign contractors owed, should be paid in order to attract foreign investors in to our new democratic country. In view of these, I am acting on the unanimous mandate given to me by two of my other colleagues to seek for honest and trustworthy foreigner who will assist us in ensuring the successful payment of the above over-invoiced {US$29.3M} In confidence a
 nd trust I require your assistance by claiming and allowing us to wire these funds into your company's or personal bank account upon our arrival to your country in other to meet with you and disburse the funds according to our agreed terms. 
 
In Nigerian the law strictly prohibits civil servants from operating foreign bank accounts while in active service and this is why we deem it necessary to use your company/bank account coordinates to wire these funds abroad for investment purposes. Again you have to assure us you will not cheat or sit on the funds when remitted into your bank account? Furthermore, due to the time frame in the process of this transaction, I suggest to deal with you directly and privately, if possible? This is to avoid administrative delays in decision associated with my corporation, which may not favor the process of wiring the funds as the case may be. More importantly, the nature of your business or position in your country is irrelevant to this transaction. Note; also that in other to achieve the maximum result, the transaction should be kept confidential because we are still in active service and would not like vital information to leak to the wrong people. It is pertinent to let you know 
 that 32% of the total fund will be for you; while 3% will be used to settle any expenses that might be incurred by both parties and the remaining 65% will be for my colleagues and I which we have the intention to invest in your country soonest the payment is made. 
 
We have putting all necessary measures in place towards wiring these funds abroad and I assure you that your role posses no risk or legal strings whatsoever, attached in your position as the contractor, ?for? our position can influence the various ministries to effect smooth and fast payment of these funds into your nominated bank account within the necessary time frame, If you would assist us at every level necessary. When these funds hits your bank a/c through the Central Bank of Nigeria, Once more, be rest assured that there is no risk involved in your participation and the transaction will remain confidential until the payment is made directly to your custody as the bonafide contractor. Note again: more detailed information will be given to you once we receive your positive response to assist us in concluding these deal.
