Hello,
I also forgot to mention the third-party libraries required for
everything to build. I had most of these installed beforehand, and I
forgot to mention them in the original mail.
- dlcompat <http://www.opendarwin.org/projects/dlcompat/>
- lesstif <http://www.lesstif.org/>
- libiconv <http://www.gnu.org/software/libiconv/>
- libjpeg <http://freshmeat.net/projects/libjpeg/>
I installed these manually, so I'm not sure how differently things
may behave if they're installed using fink. If the build process
stops in inventor/apps/nodes or inventor/apps/demos/noodle, you can
just ignore the errors--those sources will require some retooling of
the main build configurations in order to work.
