OSS SGI Inventor for WIN32 does not depend on additional
libraries.

Download a new SoQt version and use Qt 3.05.

Note:
Qt version 2.30 required some modifications of the SoQt Makefiles (add
-DQT_DLL) and paths to the
OSS SGI inventor libraries.
