With Steve's patch applied rsp., Mail.c++-v1.5, including SoXt.h isn't
necessary, also.
The references to libInventorXt-file in the correspoing GNUmakefile can
also be removed (ivman does not depend on SoXt/libInventorXt, anymore.)
