Alright, after taking a brief look at it, I can see how it can be a useful
tool. However, my inclination is not to apply it to the existing source code
at this time. To faithfully transfer and reproduce the documentation from the
IVM format to each source file will take a lot of effort and add to the bloat.
If there's something really broken with the man pages, I'd adopt it sooner, but
for the time being, it's not a priority.
