But: we've got a fully working SoWin library up-and-running for interfacing either Coin or SGI Inventor (when it eventually get ported) against the Win32 API. It hasn't been properly announced yet, we'll do that after re-designing the www-pages at <http://www.coin3d.org>. Contact me off the list if you want to help us test and develop the SoWin library.
