Briefly, I am Sandra Owusu a citizen of Ghana and work as group finance director in International Commercial Bank Accra, Ghana.
 
I discovered a dormant account in my office, as Group finance director with International Commercial Bank Ghana. It will be in my interest to transfer this fund worth {3,550.000.00}  Three Million Five Hundred  And Fifty Thousand Pounds Sterling in an account offshore.
