There hasn't been any change of maintainer that I know of. Michael did
post a message to this list in june. Maybe he got another job and a
different email address?
There isn't much upstream work to talk about. I wrote and maintain the
dnotify patch, and michael sometimes releases new versions, mostly with
portability fixes and small bugfixes.
