Sorry, no I don't.
Can't you just install FAM package and then the SGI::FAM Perl module?
You can install FAM using:
# rpm -iv fam-2.6.8-1.rpm
You can install SGI::FAM using:
# perl -MCPAN -eshell
cpan> install SGI::FAM
Perl should automatically install any other required Perl modules from
CPAN, including MD5 and File::PathConvert.
I'm not aware of any other dependencies.
