Well, I just subscribed to this list after experiencing some problems
patching imon into the linux-2.4.4 source tree. The only part that I
noticed failed was the patching of fs/filesystems.c. Not knowing exactly
all that much about what to do to fix it, I began adding it by hand to see
if I could just temporarily kludge it for the time being. I've included
what I did in the patch below. I'd be interested in knowing exactly if what
I've done is acceptable and if this is a valid fix. My guess is that this
solution is definitely a stop gap thing since it appears most of the stuff
that was previously in fs/filesystems.c has migrated elsewhere.
