[fam] fam++ wrapper

Hi,
    Is there any fam++ wrapper. I realize that such a wrapper
would be quite simple, but IMHO it would be better than
the fam.h interface from a C++ prespective.

    I might make one if there is none, and nobody is working
on one.

Nowadays you can even use Gimp on that thing from Redmond they call an OS.
