does fam refcount "watches"
ie - if i ask fam to monitor a directory twice does it wait till i ask
it twice to stop monitoring? (just wondering as i'm writign my
abstraction layer right now and i wodner if i need to refcount watches
myself) als will it send 1 or 2 changed events if i asked twice? hmmm i
guess it will send 2 - one per famrequest id right? thats a guess.. :)
