Enhancement to haDeActivate: Both _CLUSTER and _MACHINE can now be specified
as _LOOKMEUP, referring to the local cluster or local node. (Useful for
shutdown scripts)

Minor bugfixes to ICP_volume / LVM_volume; some things no longer treated as
errors.
