Firstly, multi-mount has not been removed from the 2.2 patch.
Secondly, with the multi-mount feature, you need to explicitely
mknod(2) devices to make them appear. That is how you tell devfs which
devices you want to expose (when mounting with the "explicit" option).
You can use devfsd to automate this for you. Capture the LOOKUP event
and issue a mknod(2).
