Subject: First time setup issues.
Hi,
following the instructions in the devfs doc's (downloaded from the homepage)
I got most of my system working fine.
There are however two things I couldn't do,
1) normal users cannot log on through the console, after logging in the
console is cleared and a new login prompt appears
I could however get root logon's working again.
2) using su normal_username I confirmed that I could not get startx to work
from a user account, I tried to apply the patch as described in the
doc's without success
For the moment that's the only things I have had problems with.
I am using RedHat 6.2 and kernel 2.4test1
TIA
