I just uploaded CSA kernel patches for 2.6.11 to oss.sgi.com.

Please note that csa_io and csa_mm patches are no longer needed
since these two patches have been merged into Linus's release
since 2.6.11.
These patchset works with 2.6.9 patches of pagg and job. It
also works with 2.6.11 patches of pagg and job. However, if you
use linux-2.6.11-job.patch, you also need job-1.5.0-0.2.src.rpm.
