      We've found that ftp requires an "account" entry rather than
a "session" entry.  Maybe that is true for ssh also.

pam.d/ftp entry:
    account    optional     /lib/security/pam_job.so


pam.d/login entry:
     session    optional       /lib/security/pam_job.so
