     I've started the ia64 port.  I should have it available from
oss.sgi.com/projects/csa for download within the next two weeks.
What we've noticed so far is that system calls are handled differently.
That is, we need to make some assembly language code changes to
add new system calls.  We didn't need to do this on ia32.  So, the CSA
commands which call the new syscall (acctctl for CSA) need to link
in a new .o from the assembly language code in order for acctctl to
be accessible.

     Sam Watters has this working for the ia64 PAGG job infrastructure
system call.  I'll use his assembly code procedure for CSA also to
invoke acctctl.
