Follow-on patch #1 for Apache/1.3.11 is now available from the
Accelerating Apache Project. It includes a few minor performance
enhancements and some tweaks suggested by AAP followers, and adds
references to the AAP in several places to assist support.

A port to Apache/1.3.12 is forthcoming.
